DMCA Policy
Lensvade Snapchat respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the policy below concerning copyright infringement on our platform. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to respond to infringement claims.
It is our policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on Lensvade Snapchat infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA infringement notice. To file a notice, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. A counter-notification is a legal document used to challenge a copyright infringement claim. To file a counter-notification, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: A description of the specific content that was removed and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your subscriber's contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Lensvade Snapchat may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
